We also know that sending your items in the mail can be hard.  We will do our best to make sure each package is tracked and will contact you as soon as we get your items so that you know they have arrived safely.  Your items will stay with us until they are sent back to you, nothing is done by a third party, or sent out to be completed.  Everything is respected and taken care of to the best of our ability.
